Okay, you've had the dreaded home inspection and now the home inspector is requiring the homeowner to fix the damage to the house before it can be sold. Who is going to do the home inspection repairs?

This makes it easy for any contractor or handyman to give you a price to repair the damage. It's not like their going to be looking around and giving you another inspection, there's a list of repairs that need to be done. It doesn't get any simpler than that.
